Over all design is impressive. Is a resonable & plassasable design that shows no flaws excluding the exposed gas line if thats is it. Is bullpup configuration So it will be ideal for greater ranges then standard weapons. But evidence that it was derived from PMG are very strong. Adding your own elements would make the weapon stand out and seperate itself from being associated with PMG in any way. Example- Editing the grip to give it a diffrent apperence or Giving areas like the handguard on stock Unique groves.
1]- First subject Id like to comment on, is the Clear mag. Unless you actually have a mag on you or have done reserch on them,Most people have no clue to how they work Despite them being very simple. Here the bullets go all the way to the very end of the mag which is incorrect. But its a common mistake. Mags work by having a spring device inside push ammunition upwords to the top. So a fraction of the end of the mag is for the spring to rest as its compressed when loaded. 2]- Secound subject is the ammunition caliber listed and what appers in the mag. Once again basic reserch on the round would prove helpful. 6.8mm rounds are larger then 5.56 & simular to 7.62 rounds in size. What appers here is about the size of a 5.56round, only with an elongated shell. Appers to be around the demensions of 5.45X50mm or so. Which would still be a devistating round in diffrent manner. A rectangular Slighty longer mag would fix all this.
3]- Now to the design A- Right away I see the gap on the grip which is seen in all PMG submissions using that grip. But Iv seen no actual firearms with that. A quick google serch on the HK weapons would have fixed that. Im thinking that detail there was picked up from an airsoft toy that PMG creators used as a reference.
B- Is the design. its somewhat conflicting design of the front top & back bottom. Back is slick and simple ,as the front is over engineered & complex. Barrels, pipes and parts apper to just go wild in all directions. There appers to be 2 possable gas chanbers ,the top vanishing from sight as it goes by the cooling vents on the top guard & the bottom almost rideing on the side of the weapon Which would make it vulnerble to busting when thaking physical abuse.Ect
Overall nice work, Improvements can be made here and there though. Being as it is If the weapon was put to use It be a great ranged weapon the size on most compact weapons. A modifacation to cover that gas line and its be a fine weapon on the feild. RATEING 4 on Vision- Excluding PMG work ,It takes a lot of effort to produce an image to this level 2 on Origiality- Nothing that stands out, In all respect, I can see ever part used from PMG weapons, No noticable custom modifications were made to distiguish looks. 3 on technique - Im sure it was overlayed on the original image Which was generated on PMG ,Though I greatly repect you being the first to correctly use PMG as it was intended to be used for. 2 on Impact. Iv been around the block on designs. This is on a more common side Only standing out a bit more as its in bullpup configuration. PMG time & time again have shown only several types of basic designs. None haveing unique features that stand out well. This one here resembles far to many that have come befor it.
There are great design ideas, as Souzousha pointed out there are a number of visual and minor design faults but the concept is great, I like the RIS sections on the front but think that the carry handle might be mute, for something like that using a shoulder strap to haul the rifle round might be better given its size, also as it is potentialy a high accuracy rifle fitting a scope would potentially be more useful.
the flaw with that argument is that the PMG version is BETTER. Maybe I'll improve at vectors, and that will no longer be the case, but I bet PMG will remain a useful tool for developing ideas, whatever you think of it
As I say, when I improve at vectors that may change, but PMG will still be faster, and produce a quality result. Who is using it is irrelevant, how they make it is irrelevant, it's the design, and how well you express it that's important.
