The Force shall free me -  Good fight scene and <3 the stalktanks. , but the colors feel rather light and watercolory on my display. Maybe add more range of darks and lights? The equalize filter in painter seems to do a wonderful job, but my experience with it is limited.
Also, what app did you do this in? -- WASTED SPACE It's painted in PS:CS2. Always seems to be a problem for me, making colours strong enuff, I think I'm just not confident. I dont have Painter, anything similar to Equalise in PS?
You could try curves or a curve adjust layer. Equalize too. Just make a backup copy and start playing with it I guess, I haven't touched photoshop in a while since I don't have it on this comp. D:

Love the stalktanks too! I use your work too picture a stalktank when I'm reading the Gaunt's Ghost novels (book eight done, book nine is on the way!). Keep up the good work.
